Planning & Entitlement Services

planning and entitlement

Our team at EES will work with you to make your vision a reality, but we also fully understand the constraints to getting projects approved. We have extensive relationships and experience working with municipal agencies, architects, contractors, developers, and private-sector clients. By identifying critical success and failure factors during the due diligence phase, we do everything possible to help an owner-buyer understand project risks up front and help them determine as soon as possible whether their proposed project is feasible.

In the design and construction of a project, efficient execution of entitlements can save time and costs and reduce uncertainty. It is our goal to reduce total project costs and identify “big ticket” items early on so the client can plan accordingly and make informed decisions. We are experts at leading the entitlement process and securing the right to develop land with government approvals for zoning, wet and dry utility installations, access locations, occupancy and use permits.

How we can help:

  • Planning Document Coordination and Preparation
  • Development Application Processing including annexations, rezoning, conditional use permits
  • Public Hearing Representation
  • Planning Commission, City Council, other municipal agency presentations
  • Community Engagement – Neighborhood Meetings and Presentations
  • Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) Consultation

“Verdad has had the opportunity to work with the EES team on various projects throughout the challenging Colorado Front Range and it’s been nothing but smooth sailing. They are the most hands off civil I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with and we have yet to run into an issue they can’t hurdle. EES will be, and has been, our go to civil for many years to come.”
