This particular Village Homes development includes approximately 115 acres within the Denver Connection property, a 400-acre master planned, mixed-use development in Denver, Colorado. This project will ultimately encompass approximately 680 single-family and townhome units, with an additional 75 acres of open space. EES is performing overlot grading and trunk infrastructure design, analysis and design of the regional detention pond, design of the realignment of the existing Urban Drainage and Flood Control District channel, design of the widening of Chambers Road and East 48th Avenue, interior roadway design, as well as wet utility design and dry utility coordination.
