Child Care Facilities

EES provides comprehensive design services for multiple childcare school sites in Colorado and Washington. Design services include due diligence, assistance with site selection, preliminary planning and construction documents, grading, erosion control, utilities, and drainage plans, as well as civil site design, stormwater detention design, the stormwater management plan, grading, drainage, wet utility design, parking lot, egress, sidewalk design, and more. EES has also been responsible for the civil engineering aspect of playgrounds and playing fields associated with the schools, in coordination with the landscape architect and school playground consultant.

Past and current childcare/school clients include: Goddard Schools, and Little Sunshine’s Playhouse and Preschool.
